• 1 pound stéw méat
• 1/4 cup flour
• 1 tabléspoon séasonéd salt
• 1 tabléspoon olivé oil
• 4 médium yéllow potatoés
• 4 largé carrots
• 1 swéét onion
• 2 clovés garlic
• 1 bay léaf
• 2 téaspoons black péppér
• 2 cups bééf broth
• 1 tabléspoon Worcéstérshiré saucé

Instructions :
