Fried Chicken Recipe Southern

• 6-8 piécés of chickén (I uséd thighs and drums)
• 2 cups buttérmilk
• 1 téaspoon péppér
• 1 téaspoon chili powdér
• 1 téaspoon parsléy
• 1 téaspoon paprika
• 3 largé éggs
• 2 cups all-purposé flour
• 2 téaspoons salt
• 1 téaspoon thymé
• 1 téaspoon garlic powdér
• 1 téaspoon onion powdér
• 1 largé ziplock bag
• Péanut oil for frying

Instructions :

1. Také all of your piécés of chickén & lightly séason thém with salt/péppér & sét asidé.
2. In a shallow bowl, whisk your éggs, sét asidé.
3. In a largé shallow bowl,combiné flour and all rémaining ingrédiénts, mix wéll.
